We like booking here because its walking distance to wem and discounted ticket is given ONLY for direct booking. I hope 3rd party bookings starts giving discounted tickets. What I just love and want to commend is the lady in front desk that explained and helped us with our booking. She was very polite and cheery. Her name is celina. She made our stay bearable whenever we go down in front desk and she is willing to answer our never ending questions. You need more staff like her and she deserves a recognition!

i like that it is close to edmonton mall, just accross the street, the lady that assisted us in the morning is nice, kind, attentive and helpful.

We had an evening planned at Jubulations Dinner Theater and this hotel was the perfect location so we could walk there and back. The young lady was also able to move out two rooms to the back of the hotel which faces the park which was much quieter.
